Description: From our Shelby Park trailhead location you can bike up to 12 miles of mainly flat, shady terrain along the Cumberland River. Highlights include the Cumberland River Bike Bridge and the Cornelia Fort Airpark which is a retired airport, now part of the park which has a mile long runway system open to bikes!
Plenty of wildlife and nature to see and enjoy.
You can then get up into a great neighborhood adjacent to the Greenway and Shelby Park to checkout funky, eclectic and historic homes as well as coffee shops and Café's for refreshment options.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow for checking in and getting fit to correct bike size.
What to Wear
- We recommend that you wear seasonally appropriate, comfortable clothing, not too loose, and closed-toe shoes.
What to Bring
- We also recommend you bring a bottle of water to use for your ride.
What's Included
- Racks are provided on bikes and there are several water sources on trail.
- Helmets and locks are free with the rental. Tennessee Law requires that all customers age 18 and under wear a helmet.
Inclement Weather
- Refunds will be given for cancellations on days we are not operating due to rain, excessive heat or other adverse weather situations.
Additional Information
- We are a mobile bike rental operation and are much like the “surf board rental at the beach”. We operate from a (white) trailer parked daily at the trailhead for direct access to the cities greenway system. Bikes are rented and returned to this location. Ample parking is available and for those without vehicles, Uber offers competitive transfer rates from all major areas of the city.
Please Note: From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the water park is open and the parking lot is much more crowded. We then situate our trailer on the far end of lot, opposite from the entrance.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
