Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit if notice is given 72 hours or more of reservation date. No refund will be given within 72 hours of reservation.
- All rides are non refundable due to weather conditions unless 72 hour notice is given.
- Customers renting 3 or more vehicles will need to give cancellation notice 1 full calendar week prior to your scheduled ride. No refund will be give within 1 week from reservation. Customers with contracts need to provide cancellation notice according to their contract specifications.
- Customers may receive a full refund or credit in case of OPERATOR cancellation due to emergency weather or other unforeseen circumstances at owner's discretion.
