Complimentary pickups are available in the Grace Bay and Leeward resorts only.

Driving / Walking / Taxi
Guests wishing to drive their rental car or who are outside our pickup zone are requested to meet us on the beach at the Alexandra Resort (view map), just behind the front reception building a half hour prior to the trip's departure.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please Note: If you have booked one of our big boats, Big Boy, Dream Girl, or Dream Chaser you will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice. Cancellations of these boats within that time will incur a full charge. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
