This experience is a great chance for you to discover Vietnamese Coffee Culture which is a huge part of Vietnam Culture. It is also a chance to drink yummiest coffee drinks while you are traveling in Vietnam.
Details:
We learn all the secret tips making typical coffee drinks in Vietnam as well as the stories behind each drink. First you are making coffee with the most typical coffee filter in Vietnam - Phin filter with two kinds of Beans: Arabica and Robusta.
We also learn the most trendy drink - Cold brew Mocktail that is very popular in our cafes and the most unique Egg Coffee that made our cafe popular - Coconut Egg Coffee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations fees- may apply to any cancellations of a service provided by A Taste of Hanoi. Unless otherwise specified the cancellation policy is as follows:
a. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to tour receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations made 72hrs or less prior to the tour attract a cancellation fee of 25% of the full tour price.
c. Cancellations made 48 hrs. Before tour day or more prior to tour attract a cancellation fee, of %50.
d. Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to tour attract a cancellation fee, or the fee is waived if the tour is rescheduled within 72 hours.
e. Cancellations made within 24 hr. notice or less will have a cancellation fee, no refund.
c. This cancellation policy applies for all tours otherwise stated.
d. Lateness: A Taste of Hanoi and the local Partner will consider the traveller(s) to be a "no show" and the tour will start without them, no refund will be provided. The following start point(s) are outlined in the product information and on the Traveller(s).
b) Unused portions of tours - No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour (including the entire tour in the event a traveller does not commence at the designated start point of the tour).
1.4 Amendments to bookings
a) It is possible to make changes to existing bookings. All changes within bookings must be made within writing and both A Taste of Hanoi and client must confirm the new booking date and tour time for it to be fully confirmed. i.e. if a tour is booked for Friday but the client need to change it to Sunday, this has to be made in writing for either the morning tour or the afternoon tour. This would need to be made more than 2 days before the first booking.
Prices applying to the new booking will be the price at the time the new booking is made. Cancellation charges may apply - refer to 1.3 Cancellations / Refunds.
2. Confirmation & Vouchers
a) Confirmation - upon receipt of full payment the lead traveller (the person who has initiated the online booking), A Taste of Hanoi will issue a receipt for the tour booked via email.
3. Age
a) Minimum: General Policy: For the majority of our trips the minimum age for children is 6. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child's day to day care. Please refer to the child policy of each individual A Taste of Hanoi for more details.
b) Minimum age for the Sunset motor bike tour are to be set at 15 years old.
b) Maximum: General Policy: For the majority of our trips we have no upper age limit though we remind you that some of our tours can be physically demanding.
