Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time.Please note that once a tour is in progress we cannot delay the tour for late arrivals or interrupt the tour guide so that latecomers can track him or her down since this affects the experience of people who are present.

Remember to dress for the day’s weather and wear comfortable walking shoes, as we will be on our feet for most of the tour. Additionally, out of respect for the congregation hosting us, please dress appropriately and refrain from wearing flip-flops, tank tops, or shorts.

Feel free to bring a bottle of water and light snacks along if you’d like.

We ask that all customers use the restroom ahead of time.

Tours run rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel tours under severe weather conditions such as hurricanes or snow.

It is customary to tip your tour guide for good service and the amount is according to your discretion.

During your visit, you may be videotaped or photographed by an Inside Out Tours employee or authorized guest. Your reservation serves as permission for use of your image by these parties.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the departure date are not accepted.
All requests must be in writing and received by us via email (simply reply to the confirmation email, or send the email to sales@insideouttours.com).
If you do not show up for the tour, we reserve the right to use your booking information to collect payment or to scan your pass, depending on the booking method.
