- Loading starts 15 minutes before your tour time.

- Missed tours are non-refundable.
- We run multiple hearses. Your assigned driver will stop and call for YOU.
- Cash tips for your driver make them feel alive!
For the Tour
- Tours run rain or shine — bring a poncho for surprise showers.
- If weather becomes unsafe, the guide may cancel — you can choose a refund, reschedule, or gift card.
- Drinks (including alcohol) are allowed in plastic containers, 16 oz or less.
- Snacks are welcome — please clean up after yourselves to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Cancel or reschedule up to and including the day before your tour by emailing info@hearseghosttours.com.
- Same-day reschedules are allowed only until noon and cost $10.65 per seat.
- Booked for today? You have 1 hour after booking to cancel or reschedule without fee.
- If you’re late, we do NOT wait — no refund, no reschedule, you’re ghosted.
