Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour in the lobby of John Tune Airport located at 110 Tune Airport Dr, Nashville, TN 37209.
Inclement Weather Policy
Our pilots continuously monitor the weather. In the event that inclement weather prohibits flight the pilot will text OR email you at least one hour prior to departure with further instructions. You will have the ability to reschedule or request a full refund if the pilot cancels your flight. If you have not received an email or a text then your flight is still scheduled to depart at the original time.
Rules & Regulations
Please be sure to read our Rules & Regulations below.
- FAA Regulations 275lb weight limit per person OR total passenger weight not to exceed 600lb.
- NEVER walk toward or around the rear of the aircraft.
- Seat belts are required to be worn at all times.
- Please do not tamper with aircraft doors. The pilot or loader will assist with opening
and closing doors. - NO SMOKING or vaping in or around the aircraft.
- Cell phone are not permitted on the tarmac. Please refrain from taking photos or video on the helipad. It is FORBIDDEN by the airport authority.
- Photos and videos ARE allowed inside the aircraft during flight.
- Motion sickness. Please inform your pilot if you are prone to experience illness from
motion sickness. Disposable nausea bags are available. - $250 dollar clean-up fee for extensive bodily fluids of vomit, urine or feces.
Fire Extinguisher is located next to the pilot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours for a full refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason you can do so through your original booking agency (TripAdvisor, Viator) or through the link in your confirmation email.
