IMPORTANT INFORMATION
📍 Arrival & Transportation:
- Please arrive at your pick-up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
- If your hotel is outside of Waikiki, we recommend leaving early, as morning traffic heading into Waikiki can be heavy.
- We will return to Waikiki between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Please do not schedule luaus, dinner cruises, or flights on the same day, as we cannot guarantee an exact return time.
✅ Sign your Tour Waiver before the tour.
🚫 Avoid scheduling luaus, dinner cruises, or flights immediately after your tour. Return times vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact drop-off time.
👟 Wear proper footwear. You'll be walking on both grass and sand throughout the tour.
🍽 Eat breakfast before joining us. Our first food stop is about 2 hours into the tour.
📸 Bring your camera! You'll want to capture the incredible sights along the way.
🚼 Strollers & Car Seats:
- Fold-up strollers are not recommended, as they are rarely used due to the uneven terrain, including sand and gravel.
- Motorized wheelchairs and car seats are not permitted. Guests who wish to bring a car seat must purchase an additional seat a day before the tour.
🧊 Coolers are not allowed.
💵 Bring cash for lunch and any gratuities you may wish to offer.
📦 Lost & Found Policy
We understand how important your belongings are and are happy to assist with returns. Lost items can be shipped by Mail only, using a prepaid USPS Click-N-Ship® label provided by the guest. In-person meet-ups are not available. Items are held for 30 days before disposal. For detailed instructions, please contact Reservations at 808-926-3090.

🚫 Tour Cancellations
* A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for a full refund.
* No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be charged full price, without exception.
🔄 Tour Changes
* 48 hours' notice is required to request a change of date or time.
* All rebookings are subject to availability and must meet the minimum guest capacity requirements listed below.
👥 Tour Minimums
* A minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to operate.
* If the minimum is not met, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
* While we aim to provide advanced notice, cancellations due to low participation may occur up to 1 hour before the tour start time.
⛈ Inclement Weather & Company Closures
* Tours operate rain or shine.
* The company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
* If a tour is canceled by the operator, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
* While we strive to provide early notice, cancellations may occur up until the activity start time.
🎟 Go City Cardholders
* 48-hour notice is required if you do not plan to attend the tour. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full cost of the tour.
* If the Go City card number(s) cannot be validated on the day of the tour, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full tour price.
* Go Tours Hawaii is not responsible for any issues or restrictions related to the Go City Card. All guests are subject to the terms and conditions of their Go City purchase.
