IMPORTANT INFORMATION

📍 Arrival & Transportation:

  • Please arrive at your pick-up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  • If your hotel is outside of Waikiki, we recommend leaving early, as morning traffic heading into Waikiki can be heavy.
  • We will return to Waikiki between 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Please do not schedule luaus, dinner cruises, or flights on the same day, as we cannot guarantee an exact return time.

👕 What to Wear:
* Comfortable shoes
* Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen
* Swimsuit & towel (if you plan to swim at the waterfall) – Swimming is dependent on conditions and may not always be possible.
* Don’t forget your camera to capture the amazing sights!

Waimea Valley Stop Reminder:

If the driver gives a specific return time, please make sure to be back on time. There is no phone signal in Waimea Valley, so our team won’t be able to contact you. Being punctual helps us avoid delays and ensures we don't affect the experience of the other guests on the bus. Mahalo!

Important Visitor Notice – Waimea Falls

Please note that swimming at Waimea Falls is not always available.
Water access is dependent on daily safety conditions and may be restricted, even during the summer months.

We recommend bringing swimwear if you’d like the option, but understand that swimming is not guaranteed.

📦 Lost & Found Policy

We understand how important your belongings are and are happy to assist with returns. Lost items can be shipped by Mail only, using a prepaid USPS Click-N-Ship® label provided by the guest. In-person meet-ups are not available. Items are held for 30 days before disposal. For detailed instructions, please contact Reservations at 808-926-3090.

Cancellation Policy

TOUR CANCELLATIONS

48 hours' notice is required to be eligible for a full refund. Guests giving less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows may be charged full price without exception.

TOUR CHANGES

48 hours' notice is required to request a tour change of date or time. All rebookings are subject to availability and must not conflict with the minimum capacity requirements listed below.

TOUR MINIMUMS

A combined minimum of 2 guests is required for a tour to operate. Should a tour not meet the tour minimum, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may be up until 1-hour before the activity start time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER OR COMPANY CLOSURES

Trips will run rain or shine. All trips are subject to change or be canceled without notice due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstance. The company will make the final decision and may cancel at any time should the weather conditions be deemed unsafe or unfit to complete the activity. Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in the case of any operator cancellation. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may occur up until the activity start time.shows.

GO CITY CARDHOLDERS:

24-hour notice is required if you do not plan to attend the tour. If we are not notified before 24 hours' notice we will have to charge the card saved on file for the cost of the tour.
In the event the Go City number(s) provided cannot be validated on the day of the tour - the credit card on file will automatically be charged the full price of the tour. Go Tours Hawaii is not responsible for any Go City issues or restrictions. All guests are subject to any terms and conditions included in their Go City purchase.
