Description: Searching for an affordable and fun way to get out to Salt Lick and Texas wineries? Look no further!
Our Hill Country Shuttle is great for solo travelers, couples and small groups wanting to take a break from Austin and see the best of the Hill Country.
Approx. 35 minute drive before the first stop. While on our tour you will See: the world-famous Salt Lick BBQ pit as well as two different Hill Country wineries.
Our shuttle will allow you and your friends approx. 60 minutes at each stop.
This 4.5-hour detour departs at 10:30AM from the Austin Visitor Center (103 East 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701.).
Please note that price does not include any alcohol, tastings or food. Tastings cost typically $20-25 per winery and we recommend you budget $35 per person for BBQ at Salt Lick.

Check in Information
- Shuttle departs from the AUSTIN VISITOR CENTER located at 103 East 5th Street, Austin, TX 78701.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for check in. We are unable to delay the departure for guests who arrive late.
Important Details
- 21+ only. The wineries that are visited on this tour require that all guests be over 21 years old.
- The Salt Lick BBQ is BYO. You are welcome to BYO on the van with us, but we ask no glass. If you purchase bottles from any of the wineries, we will gladly secure them in the van for you.

Parking
Guest Parking Information:
There is no customer parking directly in front of the new Visitor Center. However, metered street parking is available on 5th Street, alongside the Mexic-Arte Museum and across the street (north side of 5th Street). Additional street parking can be found along other nearby blocks, including Congress Avenue, at a rate of $2.40 per hour.
To better accommodate our guests, we have partnered with Frost Bank to offer parking in the Frost Bank Parking Garage at:

Visitors to the Austin Visitor Center can receive 1 hour and 10 minutes of free parking by scanning a QR code inside the Visitor Center. After the free period, the following rates apply:
Monday–Friday: $3 per additional 20 minutes.
Saturday & Sunday: $9.00 for up to 12 hours.
Additional Notes
- We do not permit animals or pets of any kind. Guests with a service dog MUST contact us in advance to request approval.

Cancellation Policy
A booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start time in order to receive a full refund.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
