- Assuming no modifications for this tour, guests should be able to walk at least 1-2 miles with some steps included.
- Guests must be able to walk on uneven or rocky terrain and we may encounter cool, wet, or muddy conditions.

Pick-Up Information
Pick-up will be at 9:00 am at the Hilo cruise ship terminal. There is no age limit on this tour, but those who will be traveling with children in car seats must provide their own.
Additional Information
Water activities for this tour are weather dependent. Kulaniapia Falls has the final decision if we can swim or not based on river conditions. Dining options may be modified depending on tour customization by guests.

- The waterfall swim will be available weather permitting
Cancellation Policy
- If selecting the deposit option, remaining balance will be due 72 hours before scheduled departure.
- Customers will receive a full refund if canceled before 72 hours of scheduled departure.
- Canceling within the 72 hour period and “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the tour.
- Canceling outside 72 hours gives Big Island Backroad Adventures LLC adequate time to fill the cancelation.
- Cruise ship guests will receive a full refund if their boat does not make it to port on the scheduled tour day.
