The Kahului Airport will require guests to follow foot-traffic to the Central Building. The arrows on the map will direct you to the main escalators leading to the baggage claim to the right of Starbucks. A greeter will be at the baggage claim entrance area wearing a purple-and-white aloha attire and holding a sign with your name on it.
Surprise greetings are NOT recommended. If you purchased this greeting as a gift, please INFORM the recipient and ask them to look for a sign with their name on it upon disembarking the plane. Refunds will not be awarded due to uninformed recipients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received and confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled service time. No refunds will be awarded for no-shows.
