Description: Hopscotch San Antonio is a uniquely curated and permanent 20,000 sq. ft. gallery that features distinctive immersive and interactive installations from over 50 local, national and international artists. We aim to elicit a sense of joy and wonder in the spaces we curate, where our guests may participate in a playful manner and explore beyond their day-to-day reality.
Hopscotch San Antonio welcomes guests of all ages. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults with children are responsible for their children’s supervision.
Planning your Visit
What is Included: - Immersive and interactive installations from over 50 local, national and international artists
Check in Details: - If you plan to enter our LED Ball Pit, socks are required. We also have socks available for purchase onsite.
- Admission capacity is limited, and a timed ticket is required to enter the gallery. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
- Discounted parking is available in the Travis Park Plaza Garage next to the Hopscotch building. Please present your parking ticket to a staff member for validation.
- All guests are required to sign a waiver before entering the gallery. A link to the waiver will be included in your confirmation email.
- Tickets are digital and are accessible via your confirmation email.
- Hopscotch San Antonio is cashless. All guests must pay via credit or debit card.
- Our lounge offers a full menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that you can purchase to walk with throughout our space and sit down to enjoy after your experience.
- We also encourage you to visit our Hop Shop.
- Hopscotch is ADA accessible.
- Compact strollers are allowed.
Restrictions: - No outside food or beverage is permitted.
- Bags may be subject to search.
- Tripods, excessive props, costume changes, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are prohibited without prior approval.
- Costumes and accessories that obscure a participant’s face or are culturally insensitive are prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted indoors (except service animals.) Pets are allowed on the patio.
- We do not allow firearms, knives, weapons, or illegal substances of any kind.
Disclaimers: - Exhibits are highly immersive and some use strong lighting effects and loud surround sound.
- Due to the complex technology employed, installations may require unplanned maintenance; this may result in the closure of a particular installation.
- Hopscotch San Antonio reserves the right to photograph visitors on the premises and use photographs taken by visitors within the art space and posted publicly.

When to Arrive
- Please arrive at your scheduled ticket time slot. You will have full access to the space and may go in and out of the gallery.
What to Bring
- Please bring socks for the rainbow LED Ball Pit.
- All participants must sign a waiver before entering the gallery. To sign the waiver, click the “Sign Waiver” button in this email.
- Any guests 21+ that wish to purchase alcoholic beverages from the lobby lounge must also provide an ID.
- Hopscotch is cashless. All guests must pay via credit or debit card for all purchases.
- Arrive as close to your time slot as possible. We are unable to accommodate early or late arrivals.
What NOT to Bring
- No outside food or beverage is permitted. Bags may be subject to search.
- Tripods, excessive props, costume changes, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Hopscotch representative.
- Costumes that obscure a participant’s face or are culturally insensitive are not permitted inside the space.
- Pets (besides service animals) are not allowed in the gallery.
- Firearms, knives, weapons, or illegal substances are prohibited. We are a smoke-free facility. All types of smoking, including smokeless electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco, are strictly prohibited.

- Some exhibits contain flashing lights, images, and patterns that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
- Our lounge offers a full menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that you can purchase to walk with throughout our space or sit down to enjoy after your experience.
- Please note: Some exhibits may contain mature content. Parental discretion is advised.
- We have a gift shop full of unique curiosities that we encourage you to explore.
