We suggest scheduling your pickup from your hotel at least 3 hours prior to your departure time for several reasons. Most airlines require a 2 hour check in prior to departure. Please allow a 10–15-minute grace period for your shuttle to arrive at your designated pickup location, there are times we may run into unexpected traffic conditions. Your driver may have 2 – 4 locations scheduled before heading to the airport. Feel free to contact our office should you need to make any adjustments to your reservations.
