Our main office is located at 307 Lewers St. #401 Honolulu, HI 96815. Our shop is on the 4th floor. Regular parking can be found on the street. Please call 808-696-4414 for questions or assistance.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Please bring comfortable shoes and clothing, along with a hat, sunglasses, water bottle and sunscreen.
- Make sure you bring your camera for the beautiful sights we encounter!
- The meals do not accommodate allergies, We do not prepare the meals so we cannot guarantee anything regarding allergies. For your safety, please prepare your own.
We are selling Island and You original products (T-shirts, I&Y water flask, hats, etc.) on the bus and accept cash or credit cards.
*We may view certain locations from the bus rather than stopping depending on tour conditions and guest preferences

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or amendments (tour date, time, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the departure time on the reservation date in order to receive a full refund of the tour fees.
Reservations made within 48 hours will be considered FINAL SALE.
Please be aware: We do not provide refunds for no-show and/or tardiness.
With a doctor's note, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period.
* The doctor's note applies only to the person who holds the note.
* If the person with a doctor's note is a minor (under 12 years old), we will honor one adult as guardian for full refund.
