We recommend that you check-in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to allow you to get settled in at your station and order drinks. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS allowed except water.
Our doors open 30 minutes before class, though, if you’d like a bit more time to explore the studio and shop a little in our boutique.
If you do not show up by the start time of the class, Island Art Party reserves the right to cancel your reservation and sell the seat to another customer. Please call if you are running a few minutes late. 🙂
Please note that due to our liquor license, minors are not allowed to be in attendance without a responsible adult. This adult is not required to paint but will be encouraged to do so.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book with Island Art Party!
Our partistas do their very best to provide an AWESOME experience; they do accept tips, and they are greatly appreciated. Tipping is left up to the individual, but as a general practice, 15% – 20% of the cost of your experience is the common gratuity in Hawaii.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case we cancel the class because we have fewer than 6 paying customers signed up or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
IMPORTANT
We reserve the right to cancel a class if we have fewer than 6 paying customers signed up. We normally make the decision whether to hold a small class approximately 2 hours prior to the start of class, and will contact you at the phone and/or email address you gave us. We will also do our best to contact you earlier to let you know of the possibility of a cancellation, however sometimes it’s very fluid…we can have last minute additions and cancellations.
