Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the tour starts on time.
You will also be receiving an automated reminder email 24 hours before the tour with more information about where to meet us, where to park, what to bring, etc.
If you don't receive a reminder email with the tour meeting location within 24 hours before your tour, please call 551-233-9553 or email info@beyondtheplatefoodtours.com and it will be provided to you.
If you need to reschedule the activity for any reason, you can call 551-233-9553 or email info@beyondtheplatefoodtours.com. Please do so with at least 72-hour notice. Reference your booking confirmation number and activity date and time. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
For those who are driving in, parking is available at Standard Parking, located at 100 Christopher Columbus Drive, under the Grove Point residential building and right next to the Starbucks. Or make life easier by using Lyft to get you there! See details below.

We ask everyone's understanding regarding the fact that unpredicted circumstances may arise and there may be certain modifications made, i.e. weather-related etc.
We reserve the right to make modifications up to the time of the tour based on restaurant staffing availability, weather, local events. etc. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule tour guests.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Reschedule with 72-hour notice.
Please note there is a minimum of 6 people required to be able to run this tour. In the event the tour has not reached this minimum 72 hours prior to the tour date, you will be notified and able to reschedule your date.
If rescheduling is made with less than 72 hour notice there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
