Important
Safety is a priority so we will begin with how to properly swim with the device in very shallow water then we will take off on the adventure.
We will meet at Escambron Marine Park. If taking an Uber you can type in Jet snorkel and you will be brought to the outskirts of Escambron and will most likely have to walk into the back of the beach park. Staff will text all participants the night prior or the morning of on which vehicle to meet at. Looking at the map to find the entrance to the park is a big help to find us. GPS will not get you everywhere in Puerto Rico.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel with us 168 hours prior to the start of the tour(one week prior to your tour). There are no exceptions to this and there will be no negotiating. Customers who do not have use of their hands and those who are pregnant will not be able to participate. A refund will be given if we are contacted outside the 168 hour window before the tour begins unless you have purchased trip insurance.
