Overview
Hawaii’s premier surf school and ocean experience provider located at Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu’s North Shore. We specialize in Oahu surf lessons where we share our love for the ocean and wave riding with our guests through beginner surf lessons and SUP tours in a private setting only we can provide as the only commercial operator in either Turtle Bay or Kawela Bay.

We're out there!
Many guests ask us if their experience or lesson will be taught and/or guided by Jamie O'Brien, and while Jamie does own and operate our surf school, he does not teach or guide himself. However, every instructor and guide has been hand selected by Jamie to provide you the safest and best experience possible, and they are eagerly waiting to get you in the water.
All equipment needed for experience is provided, including Surfboard/SUP Board, Rash Guard, and Reef Shoes
For Guests who are prone to motion or seasickness, please be advised that surfing, stand up paddling, and other activities offered by us have been known to trigger symptoms. Many guests are able to limit these by taking the motion sickness medication of their choice ~30 minutes before their experience.
Please keep in mind that ocean activities require concentration/focus and are ALWAYS enjoyed best sober. Guests who are visibly inebriated or suspected of being under the influence of drugs/alcohol may be denied service and asked to reschedule for safety reasons.

Guests should meet at the Twin Fin Waikiki located at 2570 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI, 96815 in the Beach Candy/Jamie O’Brien School of Surf shop located on the ground floor of the hotel adjacent to Kalakaua Ave.

Cancellation Policy
TOUR CANCELLATIONS
48 hours' notice is required to be eligible for a full refund. Guests giving less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows may be charged full price without exception.
TOUR CHANGES
48 hours' notice is required to request a tour change of date or time. All rebookings are subject to availability and must not conflict with the minimum capacity requirements listed below.
TOUR MINIMUMS
A combined minimum of 2 guests is required for a tour to operate. Should a tour not meet the tour minimum, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may be up until 1-hour before the activity start time.
INCLEMENT WEATHER OR COMPANY CLOSURES
Trips will run rain or shine. All trips are subject to change or be canceled without notice due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstance. The company will make the final decision and may cancel at any time should the weather conditions be deemed unsafe or unfit to complete the activity. Customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund in the case of any operator cancellation. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may occur up until the activity start time shows.
