• Please arrive 15 - 20 mins early.

• Return to our launch area with big smiles.

• Transparent waters, perfect for viewing marine life. Ever wonder what’s below you while exploring a new waterway? Just look down through your clear kayak to see a whole new, underwater world.
• Wildlife encounters with manatees, sea turtles, and more. There’s no telling what we might see. Our guides are trained to spot whatever is around and let our guests know all the fun facts about these land and sea creatures.
• Mangrove exploration. Have you ever been in a mangrove tunnel or a mangrove lagoon? Learn all about the importance of mangroves to the ecosystem while paddling through these very important salt-tolerant trees.
• Optional swimming and snorkeling. While stopping on a sandbar or at the beach, you will have an opportunity to get out of your kayak, stretch your legs and swim if you need a cool down! We also launch from a beautiful, small beach where snorkeling is very popular. Plan to stay after your tour if you’d like to explore more on your own.

• Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. Traffic and construction are real and late comers will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Make sure your online waivers have been signed prior to arrival.

  Special Requirements:

• All children (17 and under) must paddle with an adult.

• All 3 and 4 year olds must bring their own coast guard approved life vest. These small sizes are very specific to your child and must be worn at all times.
  Restrictions:

• Our tours are made for every skill level to participate. Some paddling may be considered intermediate based on wind and water conditions.

• Weight limit is 250 lbs per person or a combined weight of 425 lbs for 2 people sharing the same kayak.

• No pets allowed. We launch from an area that does not allow pets.

• We reserve the right to cancel your tour based on unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will refund or reschedule you if your tour is canceled.

• Are The Kayaks Tandem Or Solo?
  Each of our kayaks are tandem (made for 2 people) but can be configured into a single if there is an odd number of people in your party.
• Can We Rent Kayaks From You?
  Our clear kayaks adventures are for guided eco-tours only.

• What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
  All Sales Final unless trip protection has been purchased while booking, in which case you’ll have up until 12 hours before tour time to make changes to your reservation . We will not launch in unsafe weather conditions and you will be refunded or reschedule if this is the case. We will not be held responsible for any reservation that you fail to keep due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  *Are Children Allowed?
  Anyone age 3+ is welcome. Please note that 3 and 4 year olds will need to bring their own coast guard approved life vest. These small sizes are very specific to your child and must be worn at all times
• Is It Appropriate To Tip Your Guide?
  Tips are greatly appreciated. We like to say, “If you enjoyed your ride, tip your guide”,
• Is There A Weight Limit?
  Our weight limit is 250 lbs per person and no more than 425 lbs per 2 people that are sharing the same kayak.
• Will We Cancel If It Rains?
  We would only cancel a tour if there is unsafe weather conditions. If conditions are safe with only some rain, we will paddle as scheduled. We will make the decision on canceling based on local weather reports . Often times, this may be a last minute decision but we do our best to give our guests as much prior notice as possible. If we do cancel, you will be notified and asked if you would like to receive a refund or reschedule.
• Is Wildlife Sighting Guaranteed?
  While we can’t guarantee you will see wildlife, our guides are trained and knowledgeable about best areas they may be spotted.
• Do We Need To Know How To Swim?
  It is not required, but we do ask that you are comfortable on the water. We do provide life jackets for all guests to ensure your safety.
• How Big Are Your Tours?
  We max out at 10 paddlers. We like to keep our groups small to give our guests the most intimate experience as possible.
• Where Do We Meet Our Guide?
  We will send the exact parking location the day prior to your tour. After parking, you will walk down a nature trail (5 minute walk). When you get to the water, your tour guide will be to the left. (Exact directions will be sent to you prior to your tour)
