You May Want To Consider Bringing Along:
🌞 Reef Safe Sunscreen (apply 30 minutes before the lesson).
🩱 Swimsuit. (Wear)

🚿 Towel & change of clothes.
🧾 Activity voucher (if booked through a concierge).
💳 Cash/Credit for souvenirs & gratuity (15%-20% or $10-$30 per person is a general guideline, but it's up to you!)

Things to Avoid Bringing:
- Expensive or irreplaceable items.
Important Requirements:
- 🏊♀️ Swimming Proficiency: You MUST be able to swim in ocean waters independently. Those of smaller stature, including children, should be able to manage the surfboard with minimal help.
- 🚫 Important: If you cannot swim independently in the ocean, you might be denied the lesson. This will be treated as a day-of cancellation, leading to forfeiture of all payments.

Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL LESSONS
Hawaiian Style Surfing Private Lessons are something you won’t want to miss! However, we do understand that things happen and you may be required to cancel or postpone your Surfing Lesson. For this reason, we have developed policies we feel accommodate circumstances that may be beyond your control. However, it must be understood that by you having a reservation, we turned away other business. Therefore we must follow our cancellation policy as outlined below:
Lessons cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour will not be charged any fees to credit card on file (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 9am, you have until 8:59am Hawaii time the day before to cancel and be eligible for a full refund)
Tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour or customers who do not show up to the scheduled tour will be charged 100% of the tour total (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 9am, you have until 8:59am Hawaii time the day before). In addition, lessons wishing to be rescheduled within the 24 hour cancellation period are subject to a reschedule fee of $90 per person IN ADDITION to the cost of the lesson already paid.
***All people MUST be able to swim in open ocean waters without assistance. Smaller stature people and children will need to be able to control the surfboard on their own with limited assistance. If you cannot swim on your own in the open ocean you may be refused the lesson and will be considered a day of cancellation, forfeiting all monies paid.
