Cancellation Policy
Rental customers may cancel up to 48 hours prior to pick up time for any reason and will receive a gift card to Belle Harbour Marina for the value of their cancelled rental (no refunds). Rental Customers may cancel right up to the pick up time only as a result of bad weather and will receive a gift card to Belle Harbour Marina for the value of their cancelled rental. The Manager can choose to authorize a refund only in the event of hardship cases where there is no possibility of customer using the gift card for a future rental. Once a boat is picked up, there can be no cancellation or refunds, the only exception is as a result of mechanical failure of the boat that is not caused by the way that the renter has operated the boat.
