Pickup information
- If you’re picking up your kayak, you can do so at our headquarters: Beaufort Downtown Marina, 1006 Bay Street, Beaufort, SC. This is where you’ll return the kayak when you’re done too. Delivery options are available upon request. Please contact (615) 243-4684 or (252) 259-6227 for delivery requests.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
