Cancellations received before 48 Hours of Booking will be refunded 100% of the paid fees.

Cancellations received after 48 Hours off Booking will incur Full Charge.

If you fail to notify us of a request reschedule at least 1 hour prior to your activity start time, you waive your right to receive a refund. You may still reschedule your reservation but no refunds will be due.

There is no charge to reschedule a rental reservation up until 24 Hours before the scheduled time of activity.

Groups consisting of 4 participants or more require 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge.

No shows will be billed at 100 percent (100%).

In the event Kahana Adventures must cancel a tour or rental, Kahana Adventures will try to reschedule customers the following day at their convenience. If Kahana Adventures is unable to accommodate a reschedule, customers are entitled to a one- hundred-percent (100%) refund.
