Koloa Zipline is the premier zipline on Kauai. The course consists of 8 lines and lasts approximately 3 hours long. Koloa Zipline is Kauai’s longest zipline course featuring 3 of the longest lines on island including the Waita zipline (1/2 mile). Each line was built with your education and thrill in mind, offering Tandem ziplining, your choice of harness, handlebar pulleys, sunset ziplining, Ground School, and Aerobatics. Explore the incredible beauty of Kauai’s south shore as you glide across the water on 22,000 acres of Hawaii’s first sugar plantation.

Restrictions
Unfortunately, children under 7 are not allowed to ride with us. Our tour is also not suitable if you are pregnant, have had surgery within the last 3 months, or have back, neck, or knee injuries. The weight limit to ride is 280lbs. Riders must weight a minimum of 100lbs for our Flyin Kaua'ian harness. Tours with less than 4 participants may be required to switch to the next available tour time.
What to Wear
CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED
- T-shirts or long sleeve shirts.
- Pants or longer shorts.
Tank tops and short-shorts are NOT recommended.
What to Bring
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Cameras
- Water
- Closed toe water friendly footwear. No flip flops. No exceptions.
What NOT to Bring
- Anything that could get broken or lost.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
- We have a 48HR cancellation policy unless Trip Protection has been purchased, allowing a 24HR cancellation
- Cancellations inside of of the cancellation period will be charged 50% of tour price.
- No call/ No shows for tours are charged 100% of tour price.
- No refunds will be given for adults or children who do not complete the tour.
- Groups of 8 or more are subject to a 50% deposit and a 72 hour cancellation policy.
- Rain or shine we still zipline!

Additional Info
It is crucial to arrive at your designated tour time to avoid being marked late or absent. Even a minute late may result in denied entry and require rescheduling, with a full charge applied for tardiness. Options for rescheduling will be based upon availability.
Restrictions
The possession or consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises and during the tour. You will not be able to participate and may be asked to reschedule based upon availability
• No back, neck, knee injuries, allergies to bees or dust, pregnancies, or recent surgeries.
• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone at least 18 years old while on tour.
• Age limit to participate is 7 years old.
• The maximum weight limit to ride is 280lbs.
• Lighter weight participants may have to tandem with another member of the party or one of the tour guides to ensure they make it across to the platforms. Combined tandem weight limit cannot exceed 250 lbs.
Disclosure: Tours do not operate with less than 4 guests. In the event the 4 person minimum is not met, we may ask you to consolidate to the next closest time available.

Traffic Reminder
Kauai is a small island with one major highway. We always recommend guests to allow extra drive time ESPECIALLY if you are coming from the East or North side of the island. Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 hour cancellation period unless Trip Protection is purchased, where you will then be allowed up to 24 hours. No charge will be incurred for cancellations made outside of the cancellation period. Any cancellations made INSIDE of the cancellation period will incur a 50% charge of the individual tour price. "No Shows" at tour time will incur a 100% charge of the individual tour price. No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced. Likewise, no refunds will be issued for participants that do not complete the tour. Keep in mind that rain or shine we still zipline!
