Pick-up will be at 9:00 am at the Kona cruise ship terminal unless otherwise noted. There is no age limit on this tour, but those who will be traveling with children in car seats must provide their own.

Cancellation Policy
- If selecting the deposit option, remaining balance will be due 72 hours before scheduled departure.
- Customers will receive a full refund if canceled before 72 hours of scheduled departure.
- Canceling within the 72 hour period and “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the tour.
- Canceling outside 72 hours gives Big Island Backroad Adventures LLC adequate time to fill the cancelation.
- Cruise ship guests will receive a full refund if their boat does not make it to port on the scheduled tour day.
