Overview
NOTE: Overnight guests do not need to purchase a daypass. Access is included with your room reservation.
Times and Duration:
- Discounted Arrival Time: Daily 10am (your whole party may arrive early if any of you book an activity that starts before 10am).
- Additional entry times (full price) at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.
- 4pm admission time is for dinner guests only.
- Access for 3-4 hours, depending on entry time.
- Most guests choose to stay for 1.5-2 hours.
Explore 40+ acres of natural beauty and Hawaii's largest privately accessible waterfall, just 15 minutes from Hilo! Enjoy miles of nature trails, bamboo gardens, and swim, kayak and/or paddleboard under a 120 foot waterfall (river safety conditions permitting). Your booking includes access to the property and trails. When river conditions are safe for swimming, you may also rent kayaks and paddle boards (it's still an amazing experience, even if they are not).
You booking also includes a DISCOUNT on our other experiences, like Waterfall Rappelling, Cooking Class, Farm Tour and more. You will receive information about how to book additional experiences using this discount in your email confirmation. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance for any reason, including none of your desired additional activities being available on the day you plan to visit.
Please bring everything you will need to enjoy your day, such as water, lunch, bathing suit, towel, etc. We do not have any food / beverage service onsite, unless you are joining our cooking class or you prebook a grab and go lunch by 8pm the night before (details in confirmation email).
You must purchase a daypass in advance. We do not allow walkups, and you will not be provided access to the property without an advance booking.

GATE CODE: You will need to check in online, BEFORE YOUR ARRIVE, to receive the gate code. You will receive a txt message or email with checkin instructions.

Aloha, we are looking forward to welcoming you to Kulaniapia Falls - the largest privately accessible waterfall in the state of Hawaii! If you booked an additional experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation for 2 guests, 72 hours for 3-4 guests, and 7+ days for 5 or more guests. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to safety or other unforeseen circumstances, however, please note, we operate rain or shine. On days when swimming is not safe, you may still access the trails, etc, but we do not provide refunds in such cases. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
