Health and safety policy
The 17th floor of the Clock Tower is accessible via elevator. If you wish to access floors 18 through 20, you must be comfortable with stairs.

Please arrive 15 min prior to Tour start time!
What to Bring
To enjoy your tour we want you to be comfortable, so we recommending bringing good walking shoes, water and anything extra the weather requires (i.e. umbrella, sunglasses, mittens)

Cancellation Policy
During winter months walking tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions.
Snowfall of 5 or more inches.
Temperatures below 30 degrees.
If a cancellation is necessary, this decision will be made by 6 PM the evening prior to the tour, an email will be sent out, and refunds processed.
