Customers will receive a gift card with 96 hours notice of cancellation to use any time. Customers will also receive a credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

It is important that you understand that we work with a reservation system and so you must arrive from 30 minutes before to be educated and complete the required documentation before going out to the water.

If you are scheduled for a specific time and arrive late, you will be subtracted from the time of the tour or cancelled.
