Faqs: ARE THE LIGHTS THE SAME OR NEW EVERY YEAR?
We are excited to announce that all of our displays are once again new. We will have some of the same scenes but new displays. For instance our 12 days of Christmas theme returns but the displays are different. The Manager scene is a favorite and is all new. Typically drive thrus will change a few displays every year. We are fortunate to be able to change out all of our displays to keep it new and exciting for you.

DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
You do not have to make reservations. You can pay at our ticket booth. If you make a reservation online we will scan your QR code at the ticket booth.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept debit or credit cards at the gate.

DO YOU EVER CLOSE BECAUSE OF WEATHER?
We do not like to close because of weather. However we will close if Roark Creek rises and it is unsafe to pass our low water bridge or we have ice. We won’t close because the weather man has forecasted snow or it is raining. If in doubt, check out Facebook Page. We announce closures there.

WHEN DOES SANTA VISIT?
Santa normally visits most Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights before Christmas. Selfies with Santa are no charge and you may donate to Tri-Lakes KLIFE , a local Christian ministry to youth and their families. Please check our calendar for the most up to date list of when Santa will be there. Santa is busy and sometimes its hard to get him.
