Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time listed in your reservation. Early check in is required for all Fury tours. Tours missed are non-refundable. For Jet Ski Tours and Ultimate Adventure, please arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure time to complete a Boaters Safety Test. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. At check-in, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching form of valid picture ID.

Credit Card and matching ID will be required at check-in for all Jet Ski Tours and Ultimate Adventure. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government issued photo ID to board Parasailing, Jet Ski Tours and Ultimate Adventure excursions. Minors must be accompanied by their actual parent.

Reservation Policy

Every guest, including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any Fury tour. Child rates are for ages 4 to 10. Children ages 3 and under are free (excludes Parasail & Special Events). Cancellation Policy

FURY WATER ADVENTURES REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive any refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reservation & Refund Protection

Fury has a 24 hour notice cancellation policy to receive a refund. Guests can purchase Reservation Refund Protection to be eligible to cancel for a refund, transfer tickets or reschedule within 24 hours of departure. Notice for changes must be provided a minimum of 1 hour prior to the originally scheduled departure. Reservation refund protection fees are 100% non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or reservation change.

Weather & Conditions Policy

Fury tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should the Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental is canceled by Fury Water Adventures for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the amount of the ticket. Guests are encouraged to purchase Reservation Refund Protection to qualify to amend or cancel reservations within 24 hours.

Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should Fury have to amend or alter your tour due extraneous circumstances tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

Fury includes alcoholic refreshments on select excursions. Adults 21 years and up, with valid government issued photo ID, may consume alcoholic refreshments during the time designated by captain and/or crew.

Privacy Policy

By making a reservation with Fury, you expressly acknowledge that: (i) Fury will send you e-mail(s) with such reservation and other related information, (ii) Fury may text message you regarding your reservation and (iii) Fury will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience with Fury.

Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer.

In every email offer and reservation text update we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

Fury does not sell SMS Opt In or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS.
