Harbor Departure Location: Harbor Departure: 113 Harbor Way (in front of Santa Barbara Maritime Museum)
Stearns Wharf Departure Location : 237 Stearns Wharf (wood pier at the end of State Street). We are on left side near the end.
Drinks & Snacks Available for Purchase: Beer, wine, hard seltzer, soda, water & juice. Assortment of potato chips, pretzels and candy. We accept debit & credit only, no cash. 21+ with valid hard copy ID required to purchase alcohol.
Accessibility: Due to various ramps, stairs and threshold, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices such as canes, walkers or crutches (including boots or braces). With loading and unloading passengers from an open ocean pier (Stearns Wharf), we are unable to board passengers that require assistance from others or any special equipment. All guests must be able to walk independently, using strong and wide unassisted steps. Safety is our highest priority.
Stroller Policy : Lil Toot can only accommodate SINGLE folded strollers. We are unable to board joggers, double strollers or wagon strollers. If you are riding roundtrip, we recommend leaving strollers in your car.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted onboard (including emotional support animals).
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not available for cancellations. However, tickets can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling is not allowed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time. Please Note: There are no refunds or rebooking options for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused tickets. Trip protection plan available at checkout.

Location: Lil' Toot's harbor boarding is located at the end of the public dock in front of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum at 113 Harbor Way. Stand on the front steps on the museum, look down to the boats in the water and you will see Lil Toot's location.
Check In: 10 minutes prior to departure time. Your ticket is valid for date and time purchased only.
Boat will leave promptly at the published departure time. If you have not checked in by the time of departure, there will be no refund and no re-booking. Late arrivals are considered a no show.
This is a 25 min ONE-WAY trip departing from the Santa Barbara Harbor and ending at Stearns Wharf. Return tickets can be purchased in advance online or first-come, first-served onboard or at our kiosk. We accept credit & debit cards only, no cash.
Parking: Harbor parking lots are monitored 7 days a week, including holidays so watch your time if you are in a free or limited time parking space.
Food & Drink: beer, wine, soda, water, juice and snacks are available for purchase onboard. Outside alcohol is not permitted. We accept credit & debit cards only, no cash.

Smoking: nicotine or cannabis is not permitted anywhere onboard (includes vape). Although California State Law currently allows prescription cannabis to be legal, it is not legal while boating since the ocean is considered Federal Waters. All illegal drugs, as well as all forms of cannabis, are not permitted on any boat for any reason or in any amount.

Cancellation Policy
Online reservation is valid only for the departure time booked.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
- Refunds are not available for cancellations.
- Tickets can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time.
- There are no refunds or rebooking options for late arrivals or no-shows.
TRIP PROTECTION PLAN (if added at checkout)
- Refunds are available for cancellations with added trip protection
- Cancel up until 24 hours before departure time and receive a full refund of the ticket price
- Online booking fees and the trip protection fee are not refundable
- Cancellations after the 24-hour window, late arrivals and no shows are not eligible for a refund or rebooking
WEATHER POLICY
In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule to a future date or request a full refund.
