In addition to the public sails listed on this site, the Yacht Manhattan II is available for Private Charter!
You and up to 110 other guests can have her all to yourselves for a private excursion in New York Harbor.
She is quite popular for corporate outings, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding parties, and family and alumni reunions.
Full catering and bar options are available.
She cruises from Chelsea Piers, Pier 62 in Manhattan and can pick up/drop off guests at other locations as well, including Liberty Landing in New Jersey, North Cove Marina in the Financial District, and East 23rd Street's Skyport Marina.

Classic Harbor Line
If you're a fan of the Yacht Manhattan, you'll love her sister, the Classic Motor Yacht Manhattan II.
Completed by Scarano Boats in June 2015, the Motor Yacht Manhattan II is a brand new addition to our fleet, ready to cruise the New York City harbor waters. Classically-lined and comfortable, she is certified for 110 passengers and can accommodate 70 for a sit-down dinner cruise. She features an enclosed back seating area surrounded by windows and skylights, and comes equipped for all weather, with air conditioning and heating.
Known for their amazing hospitality, our staff is professionally trained and experienced in boat handling and marine safety. Do not hesitate to ask our crew about the boat or any of the NYC sites.
Policies
Refund/Rescheduling Policy
An option to reschedule or convert to a gift certificate is available up until 24 hours prior to departure. We are not able to offer refunds. Requests for cancellation, rescheduling or conversion to gift credit must be sent by email to publicsails@sail-nyc.com. *Unique cancelation terms can be offered upon request. Please call 212-627-1825, option 4.
Other Policies
Activity takes place rain or shine, but within reason.
The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.

We are so glad you have chartered with us at Classic Harbor Line for your private event! Please review the following information carefully to ensure smooth sailing aboard the beautiful Yacht Manhattan 2.

Check-In and Arrival
We recommend your guests meet at Pier 62-Chelsea Piers 20-30 minutes prior to the departure time listed on your contract. A point person from your team should check in at our ticket booth upon arrival. Please communicate the name and contact information for this point person to your charter representative prior to your charter date. You will be given boarding passes to distribute amongst your group. Our staff will welcome your guests aboard approximately 5 minutes prior to the departure time listed on your contract.
Catering and Bar
All catering, and beverage plans must be arranged with your charter representative in advance. Outside catering must be pre-approved, fully detailed, and ready to serve without heating or refrigeration. Please refer to the terms and conditions in your contract for any food & beverage details/surcharges.
Directions:
Our boats depart from Chelsea Piers, on Pier 62, which is located at West 23rd Street and the Hudson River. We are at the most Northern End of the Chelsea Piers Building on the water. (When standing in front of the building facing the water, go around the north side of the building. Our ticket booth is located on the walkway next to the water on Pier 62.) Please check in at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth upon arrival, and you will be escorted to the boat by the Captain when it is time to board. Please note: when walking to Chelsea Piers, you must cross the West Side Highway. There are crosswalks at 18th Street and 23rd Street.

Parking
We unfortunately do not issue vouchers for parking at Chelsea Piers. The parking lots and parking rates are managed by Chelsea Piers. On-site parking is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on Piers 61, 60 and 59. Complimentary 20-minute parking is available for any drop-offs. Availability and prices cannot be guaranteed. Important Safety Information Regarding Your Trip
All guests must comply with the safety directives of the captain and crew. Failure to do so is a federal offense and may result in immediate termination of the charter. Smoking, unlawful drug use, and visibly intoxicated or non-compliant guests will not be tolerated and may result in denied boarding or ejection.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
WEATHER: Cancellations due to weather are made only by the captain. This decision can be made up until one hour before departure. A full refund or the option to reschedule without a fee is offered.
CANCELLATION: Owner will refund 75% of the total charter amount if cancelled 21 business days in advance of the charter date (1/2 original deposit returned). Owner will refund 50% of the total charter amount if canceled between 21 and 14 business days in advance of the charter date (Original deposit is forfeited). Cancellations within 14 business days of the event are non-refundable (Total fee is forfeited).
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling a charter date incurs a 25% fee if done more than 21 business days in advance, a 50% fee if done between 21 and 14 business days of the event and a 75% fee if done within 14 and 3 business days of the event. Rescheduling within 3 business days of the event is non-refundable (Total fee is forfeited). Rescheduling Fees are collected upon the agreement of the new charter date.
OTHER: Day of cancellations due to weather, will not result in refunds on catering costs and the related NYS sales tax. Food will be made available to the charterer for pick up.
