Parking: Paid parking is available at Ma‘alaea Harbor. Please allow extra time to find parking and do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Restrictions: - Maximum 6 Guests: This vessel is certified for up to 6 passengers maximum in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. All ages count toward the total guest capacity.

Humpback whales visit Hawai‘i from December through March, with peak sightings typically in January and February. -
Will we definitely see whales?
Sightings are very common during whale season, and our experienced captain and crew know the best areas to look. While whale sightings can’t be guaranteed, this region offers some of the most reliable viewing in Hawai‘i. -
Is the trip family-friendly?
Yes! The calm waters and small-group size make this an excellent experience for families and guests of all ages. -
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes — BYOB is welcome (cans or plastic only). You’ll also receive a $15 stipend to use at the Ma‘alaea General Store before check-in. -
Are food or drinks provided?
Light snacks and cold non-alcoholic beverages are provided on board. -
Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, Amore has a clean and private marine restroom for guest use. -
Will I get seasick?

Reminders
- Price is per person. Max 6 people per trip.
- Please check in 30 minutes prior to start time.
- Wear easy to remove footwear for the barefoot vessel.
- Rub in reef safe sunscreen. For safety, no spray sunscreen may be used on board.
- Park in the Maalaea General Store parking lot located behind the store.
Cancellation Policy
If your tour is cancelled due to the captain’s discretion and/or weather, then you will receive a full refund or option to re-book your tour on another date based on availability.
Guests cancelling their tour reservations 48 hours or more prior to departure are eligible to receive a full refund or can elect to re-book the tour on another date based on availability.
We are also pleased to now offer Trip Protection!
For a small fee Trip Protection can be added to any booking allowing cancellation up to just 1 hour prior to departure! Trip Protection can be purchased at check-out.
Guests not purchasing Trip Protection and cancelling their tour reservations less than 48 hours prior to departure are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment.
