Get up close and personal with the Florida manatee on this 3 hour swim tour in the federally protected waters of the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge.
Hop aboard our US Coast Guard certified vessel where you will join your Master Captain to embark on your journey into the Kings Bay refuge waters. You will be paired with one of our expert in-water guides who will be with you every step of the way to assist in making your manatee encounter safe and memorable. Your in-water guide will also serve as your professional photographer to capture your memories on film, and those photos will be available for purchase upon arrival back to our facility. For this tour, all required gear is included at no additional charge.

This is a wildlife tour. We are interacting with manatee in their natural habitat. While we do see manatee on every tour, we never use the word guarantee because Mother Nature reigns supreme. Conditions vary daily, tour by tour, and can never be predicted. Daily conditions vary seasonally with things like weather, tides, and crowds. You can always call us and ask us what conditions you can expect, and will do the best to set your expectations. At the end of the day, we are dedicated to your experience and ensure we do the best to provide a safe, fun, and memorable trip!!

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, to allow time for check in. Your tour starts promptly at it's scheduled time, and being late can/will result in you missing the boat. You must be on time.
Please be Aware
- Manatee swim tours are done daily, as Crystal River is host to the largest population of manatee in the United States. We are lucky to have a resident population of manatees year round, but because this is a wildlife encounter, conditions can be very different from day to day. If you have any questions, feel free to call us anytime.
What to Expect
Upon arrival to our facility, you will check in and wait for your scheduled tour time to get started. We will cover some rules and show a mandatory video on manatee viewing prohibitions. We will then hand out wetsuits, gear up, and shuttle you (about a mile) to the docks. Upon your return, we will shuttle you back to our facility where you will be able to use our changing rooms/restrooms/browse the gift shop.
-In the event that our booking minimum of three people is not met, we have other avenues for our guests to take in order to keep their reserved time. We offer the flexibility to purchase an additional ticket/tickets in order to keep their reservation, which will be reimbursed if another party books for the same tour. We will also rebook guests to a different tour time at no additional cost.

Keep in Mind
You are more than welcome to bring a small tote on the boat with towels/cameras/personal belongings - but, please pack light for a more comfortable trip. Your change of dry clothes and items unnecessary to your tour should be locked in the car for after your trip.

2 Day Notice = 50% Refund
Any cancelation requested less than 24 hours may receive a gift certificate or option to one free rebooking. If any guest requires multiple rescheduling due to failure to arrive, a rebooking fee will be applied.
This policy is valid unless a booking is made by an affiliate that has a custom cancelation policy
