What Makes this Tour Unique?
- This tour will launch and end at a separate location. Guests will meet us at our Main office located inside the Port of the Islands Everglades Resort; from there, we will shuttle you to the launch site. We then paddle from the launch site back to the marina and hotel where you left your car.

Please arrive 15 minutes early!
These are public tours and we run back-to-back tours throughout the day. We ask everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers, use the restrooms, and for a general meet and greet. We try to complete all of this before the scheduled start time.
The time displayed for your tour is the start time. It is not the arrival time. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, we reserve the right to leave you behind. Please plan ahead!
Location Details: 25000 Tamiami Trail East
- If you enter this address into a GPS unit you must enter East. If you don't you will be sent 30 minutes in the wrong direction
- We are located inside the lobby of the Port of the Islands Resort Hotel. Our company van and kayak trailer will be parked in front of the hotel 30 minutes before your tour. All guests should come inside to use the restrooms and are required to sign waivers.
Day of Phone Calls:
- If you are having difficulty finding us you may call 844-372-3353 ext 4. Please, only call this number on the day of your tour if you need help finding us. All other questions or concerns should be sent via email by replying to this email.
- Our staff is not authorized to issue refunds or reschedules over the phone. Please, do not attempt to convince them too. All refund and rescheduling issues must be submitted via email to keep those conversations organized and documented.
Free Parking:
- You may park in any parking space located near the tennis courts
- The only pay parking is located in front of the Ships Store. DON’T PARK THERE
How to Cancel or Reschedule: At the top of this email, you may reschedule your tour 24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED, To cancel simply reply to this email

Shuttle Process:
- This tour utilizes our company shuttle. Guests will meet us at our office where they will park their car. After guests have used the restrooms, we will drive approximately one mile into the 10,000 Islands Wildlife Refuge.
- We will launch from the put-in and make our way back to the hotel and your car
- This shuttling process is why we are able to see so much diversity and greater numbers of wildlife.

- We now provide guests with a self-service reschedule option. This is only available outside of 24 hours of your tour.
- All questions, concerns or cancelations must be made by replying to this email. By replying here it will keep things organized and documented.
- No cancelations or edits will be made over the phone.
