Please meet us at the lookout Gift Shop under the 10,000 Islands Observation Tower @ 905 Copeland Ave in Everglades City, Just after the Gulf Coast Visitor Center entrance. Bring a hat, sunglasses, and bug spray. We have water and Grab N Go items for purchase in the gift shop. Look forward to seeing you!

Trips board 5 min before departing and everyone needs to present for the safety briefing.
We do our best to ensure that trips leave at their scheduled departure, so it is very important to be on time!

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel tours if there are less than six people. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
