Check in Details: Your time on the ticket is the check-in time. Please, give yourself extra 5-10 minutes to find the check-in spot (Harbor is not very well lit, so please, follow directions on your confirmation).

-Warm long-sleeve jacket or sweatshirt
Special Requirements: -MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
-MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
-Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
-Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
-Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled by the supplier, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
-Age Restriction: minimum age allowed is 2 years old; maximum age allowed is 80 years old (unless approved by the supplier)
Restrictions: -Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
-Not recommended for participants with back or neck problems or injuries within the last 3 years

Notes & Policies
-We have 95% success rate to see manta rays. In case no manta rays are spotted on your tour, your next excursion is on us for no charge. (Subject to availability!) Please, note that in a high season we get booked up. We advise to book this tour at the beginning of your vacation to have time to reschedule.
-Must have previous snorkeling experience
-Must be comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option -observer from the boat- available for non-swimmers)
-Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
-Not recommended for participants with back or neck problems or injuries within the last 3 years
-Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
-Not recommended for pregnant women in an advanced pregnancy

- Motion sickness medicine (Most effective taking one pill in the morning and another pill at least an hour before the tour). It’s tropics here and weather may change without notice. We operate on the open ocean and water conditions are not always perfect.

PLEASE, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BELOW:
We are located 4.5 miles south of the Kona Airport and 3.5 miles north of Kailua Kona Town. After turning into the Honokohau Harbor from the main highway, you take your first right. Follow the road which veers to the left until it ends at a large parking lot. Past a small gas station on your left, drive to your left towards the boat ramp. You will meet your crew member by the pavilion next to the public restrooms.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
