Thank you for booking your snorkeling adventure with Eco Sea Scooter Snorkeling Academy! We’re thrilled to host you and look forward to sharing the wonders of Maui’s underwater world. We'd love for you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we have several videos of past tours to give you an idea of what to expect.

Below are the details to help you prepare for your tour:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour begins.

Meeting Location:
-Google "Coconut Inn." We’re located next to the apartment complex’s parking lot.
-Address: 200 Hui Rd F, Lahaina, HI 96761 (top of the street).

Parking:
Park on the gravel inside the driveway. Look for the light grey Escalade truck facing out, please pull past it and into the gravel area. After parking, walk toward the left side through the Airtime Watertime® flotation suits storage are to meet our team in the safety briefing area.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll spend about 30 min in the safety briefing area covering the following:

1. Check-In: We'll ensure all paperwork is completed.

2. Gear Fitting: Our team will fit you with mask, snorkel, fins and if you choose, an Airtime Watertime® flotation suits (optional rental for $25). Please reply with your weight for proper wetsuit sizing.

3. Introduction: a short introduction to our company and our community partners.

4. Safety Briefing: Before entering the water we’ll

5. go over important safety procedures
6. demonstrate how to use our Yamaha 350LI sea scooters
7. provide tips for an enjoyable snorkeling experience

What to Bring
-Towel
-Beach/swimwear (please arrive with it on)
-Bottled water (optional)

Additionally, we ask you to:
-Tie back long hair (to prevent it from getting caught in the scooter’s propeller)
-Strings and ties on swimwear will also need to be secured to avoid propeller.
-Avoid wearing loose clothing.
-Remove all jewelry.

Optional Rentals:
GoPros: $50 per rental (mounts to sea scooters). You’ll receive a 32GB SD card at the end of the tour, or you can bring your own GoPro.
Airtime Watertime® flotation suits: $25 each (keeps you warm and great for non-swimmers/snorkelers).

Sea Scooters & Safety:
Our Yamaha 350LI sea scooters have 3 speeds (up to 3.7 mph) and float on the ocean’s surface.

Safety is our top priority. Airtime Watertime® flotation suits are available to enhance your experience. Ideal for non-swimmers and beginning snorkelers these suits combine buoyancy, flexibility, warmth, and protection to produce a water experience like no other. They are required for kids on our tours.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
