Check in Details: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Parking is free—park on the left-hand side of the sand lot, then proceed to the sidewalk and white gated ramp. Wait there for our friendly crew to welcome and board you.

Parking Instructions
- Navigate to 627 Bahia Beach Blvd, Ruskin, FL 33570 (parking lot location).
- Enter Little Harbor and make a left after the guard shack.
- Follow road past Marina View Apartments to next stop sign and bear right.
- Make a left into the sandy parking lot (after you go over the speed hump)
- Make an immediate left and park (Look for Latitudes Tours Busses).
- Walk along the fence line (look for Freedom Boat Club Flags)
- Follow sidewalk to the right and wait at the white gated ramp.

IMPORTANT: Parking at Marina View Apartments is strictly prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. Parking in a paved space will result in parking charges.

WE ARE PAPERLESS - no need to print a pass.

BOARDING - _**Boarding begins 15 MINUTES before the scheduled tour. _ Tours depart as scheduled.

SEATING - Seats are assigned at boarding and can't be reserved before the cruise. Please note: Guests may be moved after being seated to seat parties together or to balance the boat. We appreciate your cooperation!

FOOD/BEVERAGE - Passengers choosing meal options will receive a complimentary drink with a meal (soda, water, beer +21). All tours are BYOB (no glass). No outside meals are allowed onboard.

CLOTHING - Wear appropriate footwear for a boat (no high heels, nothing with slick bottoms). Although the Island Vibes is relatively dry, there may be a chance of water spray.

CHILDREN - Strollers block aisle access and aren't allowed on board for safety reasons (infant car seat - ok). We have safety vests for children 90 lbs and under.

RESTROOM - There is a small restroom on board for urgent needs; we recommend using one landside before departure.

PROTECT YOURSELF - Sunscreen and insect repellant are recommended depending on the tour.

ACCESSIBILITY - There is ramp access to the dock and the Island Vibes. Unfortunately, weight constraints prevent heavy motorized wheelchairs aboard the Island Vibes. Please note: Tours are dependent on a 6 passenger minimum. Parties will be notified if the minimum is not met. The 6 passengers minimum is per tour (not per party).

Cancellation Policy
We hope we don’t need to cancel or end a tour early, but circumstances may require us to do so.
- Weather: One thing we can be sure of in Florida, is unpredictable weather. Latitudes Tours does not operate in unsafe weather conditions. The captain or guide will assess the weather. If the conditions are deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via phone, email, or text message 60 - 90 minutes prior to departure. We do not offer partial refunds if the trip is cut short due to weather.
- When We Cancel If Latitudes Tours cancels a trip for any reason, we will do our best to reschedule your trip. If you cannot reschedule, you can receive a voucher for a future trip or a full refund.
- Refunds: Latitudes Tours processes refunds at the time of cancellation. NOTE: Cancellation credit is subject to YOUR banking institution's processing times.
- When You Cancel: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so 48 hours before departure to receive a refund; please contact us by phone.
- Seating: The crew determines seating during boarding. You may be asked to move under certain circumstances to accommodate weight distribution, guests with meals, or guests with disabilities.
- No Shows: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for customer last minute cancellations or “no shows”.
- Passenger Minimum: All cruises are subject to cancellation when six (6) paid passenger minimum isn't met.
