Important Information
Thank you for making your reservation with us! Now that you are booked, you will receive additional trip details prior to your trip to ensure you have start times, location, and additional details.
In addition to the email reminders, we will also text you trip details the day prior to make sure you know where you are going and have everything you need for your trip!
Items you will need to bring with you for fishing include:
- Sport Fishing License
- King Salmon Stamp ( ONLY for trips that include salmon or Captain's Choice)
- Beverages/ Lunches
- Gratuity for Crew

Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy:
Because our operating season is so short, fishing charter companies, like ours, cannot afford to have empty boats parked during the busy season because of a cancellation.
Cancellations will only be honored via email or by calling and speaking with Deziree. Any other form of communication will not be sufficient to cancel a reservation. If the fishing or lodging reservation is canceled more than 30 days from the fishing departure, a full refund will be provided.
If the fishing or lodging reservation is canceled within 30 days from the fishing departure, 0% of the reservation will be returned to the client. The only exception to this is if we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to offer a refund.
Weather or Mechanical Issues
The only refund we offer at this point is in the event of a weather or mechanical issue that prevents the trip from occurring. At this point, if you cannot be rescheduled, then a 100% refund will be honored.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BEFORE YOUR TRIP! A reminder email will be sent.
Altering Reservations:
You may add additional parties to your reservation if you contact us and confirm with us that we have the space to do so. This will not be considered confirmed until you receive an email stating that your reservation has been changed. Reducing party size follows the same guidelines laid out in the “Cancelling Reservations” above. Reducing party size will result in forfeiting the portion of the deposit that would have been used for those party members.
Please make sure all members of your party can physically participate in our excursions safely. We can not provide a refund for individuals that do not have the ability to participate in our trips after being informed of what the trip would include.
Whether you are placing a reservation, altering a reservation, or canceling a reservation. The only form of communication that will be used is either letters or emails. If you do not contact us via email or letter the change can not be made. If you do not receive an email confirming the change then the change has not been performed.
Life is full of unexpected events. We recommend getting trip insurance as this protects both parties from the randomness of life.
By agreeing to this cancellation policy we also receive permission to post pictures of the trip and clients that participated in the trip on social media sites, TripAdvisor and Yelp.
