What better way to get into the holiday spirit than to Tour beautiful Naples bay at night, (after sunset) with the tiki boat lit up with lights all while viewing the festively decorated homes of port Royal, Royal harbor and aqua lane shores.
Note: this tour is done in evening and will be dark outside other than boat and homes lit with decorated lights .
If you have a group larger than 6 people and require two tikis all to yourself, it must be booked as two private charters, we cannot guarantee that you will have boats to yourself and you may have to share boat if not booked as private charters for groups larger than 6 needing more than 1 tiki.

Note: PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TOUR TIME!
If you are late, this will cut into your tour time, and we will not discount for the lost time, we run a tight schedule with tours before and after yours. You will be charged for the full time of your tour!
Tikis are BYOB:
You can bring any Beverages, bottles are allowed, mixers and food/snacks on the tiki. (We DO NOT Provide the alcohol)
If you plan on ordering food from the Boathouse, please arrive at least 30-35 minutes before your tour time to order the food, the tiki cannot wait for your food to be prepared if it cuts in to your tour time.

We provide:
US Coast Guard Certified Boat Captain, cups, ice, yeti coolers with ice to use, wine/bottle openers, paper towels and Bluetooth stereo.
TOUR:
You do not need to check in the restaurant, please follow the walkway as you walk through the outside seating area to the docks on the water. Please be courteous of the people eating in the outside dining area as you are walking through.
Please only sit at outside dining tables if you plan to patronize the restaurant, seating is for customers only. We do have benches on the docks for you to wait for your tour, or you can enjoy the beautiful bar inside.
Please feel free to patronize the restaurant before or after your tour, tiki customers get 20% off to go food for the tiki or 20% off dinner after your cruise. Happy Hour at the Restaurant is 3-6pm daily.
Gratuity for the captains greatly appreciated!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR STANDARD 120 HOUR (5 DAY) NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE THIS IN PLACE DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR CAPTAINS AND BUSINESS DEPEND ON HIS INCOME, WE HAVE SUFFERED THROUGH HURRICANE IAN, AND HAVE LOST MUCH INCOME ALREADY, IF YOU CANCEL THAT CLOSE TO YOUR TOUR, WE CANNOT REBOOK THE TOUR AND LOSE THIS INCOME. WE WILL NOT REFUND AND ONLY REBOOK WITH 120 HOURS (5 DAYS) NOTICE, SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN BOOKING YOUR TOUR. IF YOU PURCHASE OPTIONAL 'TRIP PROTECTION' YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TOUR TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Inclement weather is excluded from our cancellation policy, we will contact you before your tour if it appears the weather will not be safe to run in. (Rain, Storms, high winds)(Cruisin Tikis Naples decision)
We do not cancel for cold weather and will not refund for it!
Please bring a jacket or blanket during winter months, it does tend to be a few degrees chillier on the water.
COLD WEATHER is not considered a safety issue!!
We reserve the right to cancel, “wait out”or reschedule if possible due inclement weather or a motor issue. Safety is aways our first concern. If rescheduling or “waiting out” is not an option for inclement weather a full refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to prevent excessive drinking on the tiki, we will bring you back to dock immediately if someone is acting out and the captain does not feel comfortable with the actions. A refund will not be issued and you will be charged for full amount of tour.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by text or phone as emails can sometimes go to our junk folder.
We will be happy to reschedule your tour if needed. ”NO Shows” will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled.
You cannot cancel due to cold weather, it is not considered a safety issue and you will not get refunded if cancelled within 5 days of tour.
When cancelling you MUST CALL ...emails sometimes get sent to junk mail and we may miss them so you MUST call to cancel within your 5 day window.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, Mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is cancelled, you will be given a rain check to rebook at another time (this excludes behavior, along with alcohol related cancellations- these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded.) For weather related, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule.
