SNORKEL & DIVE TRIPS: Due to limited seating on our vessels, all purchases are non-refundable unless cancelled greater than 7 days prior to your scheduled trip.

INSTRUCTION & COURSES: Due to limited instructor availability, cancellation of dive courses by the customer or student will result in forfeiture of the deposit collected at the time of booking. For courses where a deposit is not applicable and instead the customer pays in full, no refund will be issued. Dive courses may be rescheduled to a future date based on trip and instructor availability at no charge to the customer. In the event of inclement weather, alternate training sites may be used for student training in leu of Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary. Any courses not completed within 1 year of booking are subject to cancellation.

All trips are weather and availability dependent. We take the safety and satisfaction of our customers very seriously and will not go out in conditions we deem to be unsafe or borderline. Due to the inability to predict weather conditions ahead of time (trust us, we would if we could!) there is never a guarantee that trips will be available.

In order to cover fuel and crew costs, there is a minimum number of divers/snorkelers required per trip.

Full refunds are available if Looe Key Reef Resort Dive Center cancels a trip due to weather or minimal reservation requirements are not met.
