👠 Barefoot onboard. Shoes will be stored in a designated boat compartment.

⛔️ Brand new clothing/towels will bleed when wet and can cause major damage to the seats.

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund over 7 days prior.
- 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days prior.
- No refund within 3 days of start date, unless a valid reason with proof (e.g., medical, flight cancellation); in such cases, an in-house credit may be issued, subject to rebooking.
Rain/Storm Policy:
- Rain Insurance available at checkout.
- Aquarius determines weather safety based on NOAA.
- Full refund or rescheduling only for: Winds over 28 mph, thunderstorms, hurricanes (Miami in the cone).
- No refunds for typical Miami rain.
- Aquarius may modify reservations due to boat unavailability or unsafe weather, with potential price adjustments for downgrades.
