Oak Alley Plantation Tour
The Oak Alley Plantation is located 70 miles or about 1 hour 10 min from the French Quarter. The pick-up begins at 8:15am. We use our sister company “Alert Transportation” for the ground transportation service. The driver goes hotel to hotel for the pick-up service. We ask that you allow us up to 30 minutes for the pick-up service. Pick up will be curbside of your hotel. You will spend approximately 2 hours at the plantation. The house tour will be about 35 minutes in length. The Oak Alley plantation house tour is provided by Plantation tour guides. The remainder of your time will be spent with self-exploration of the grounds. If you use your time wisely, you can grab a sandwich at the gift shop for lunch and still have time to walk the grounds. Our sister company “Alert Transportation” will then bring you to the swamp tour dock for your next adventure
Swamp Boat Tour
On this tour, you will enjoy a fully narrated swamp tour by one of our local captains in the comfort of a swamp tour boats. Our tour boats feature a roof, cushioned seats, windows that can be raised or lowered for the weather, restroom, and plenty of standing and walking room. You will enjoy close encounters with the indigenous swamp life as you learn about what it is like to live in the Louisiana swamps. You will return to you hotel around 5:00pm.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Website discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including but not limited to printed coupons, prepaid deposits, and discounted group rates. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Tours are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Your tickets will not be mailed to you. Confirmation email received after payment will serve as your ticket for entry to the tour.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 BEFORE TOUR DATE FOR A FULL REFUND.
- Children ages 3 and under travel free, but must be counted in tour totals. Please mention any infants when booking.

SWAMP TOURS:
Airboat Tours are performed in an open boat. If it rains, you will get wet In case of inclement weather, the airboat tour maybe shortend or replaced with the covered tourboat swamp tour. Because of the nature of the airboat ride, pregnant women or people with neck or back problems cannot participate. Children must be 48” in height to sit and wear a seat belt. Hearing protection is provided by the company. You can purchase inexpensive Rain Ponchos at the swamp tour-snack shop.
PRIVATE TOURS: NOTE:
Guests can bring alcohol on the boat. We provide cooler with NO ice. You cannot drink on public transport buses, only if it is privately hired by your group. We are a family oriented touring company & strive for each guest to enjoy our tours to the best of our abilities. At any time, Louisiana Tour Company llc. (Office Staff, Drivers & Captains) can revoke your drinking privileges if deemed necessary.
