Guests are encouraged to bring water and any snacks that they have. Guests will be picked up at their hotel within the 1.2 mile radius of our designated pick up zone. Pick up begins at 8 AM until 8:30 AM. Please be ready outside in front of your hotel. For guests residing outside of our pick up zone, they must meet their driver/tour guide at 414 Canal St. New Orleans.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Ticket Purchases, rescheduling and refunds:
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. You may reschedule your Tour time (subject to availability) no later than 24 hours from your scheduled Tour departure time. In the rare situation where a Tour is cancelled prior to departure, ticketholders will be allowed to reschedule their Tour (subject to availability), receive credit for a future Tour, or receive a full refund.
Tour Cancellations:
Tours may be cancelled at short notice at the discretion of 2nd Line Tours. If a tour is cancelled, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour, or obtain a refund.
Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as "2nd Line Tours".
