Arrive at 38 Gateway Circle, Hilton Head Island, SC, where your thrilling helicopter adventure begins. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.

Once you arrive, head to the check-in counter to confirm your booking and sign any necessary waivers. Our friendly staff will be there to assist you and ensure everything is set for your flight.
3.Safety Briefing
Before takeoff, we’ll provide a thorough safety briefing to ensure you’re comfortable and prepared for the flight. You’ll learn about helicopter procedures, seatbelts, and emergency protocols.

What to Bring: For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
Restrictions: This tour has a weight limit of 300 lbs per seat and 600 lbs per group.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Unfortunately, refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure, due to limited availability.
If inclement weather forces a cancellation, the pilot will make the final safety decision. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
*Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your spot is not guaranteed. If rescheduling is possible and space is available, a $50 late fee will apply. If no spots are available, no refund will be issued.
