Old Town Spring, our most popular tour, was once a bustling Wild West town. During the day you can visit Old Town Spring, and shop in any number of quaint and diverse shops.
A Literal Ghost Town
The strangest things happen after dusk every day. The shop owners throw up their "closed" signs, and hurry out of town as fast as they can. And by the time our tour starts, we are the only people walking around in what becomes a literal Ghost Town.

We meet outside of Kris10's Gems.
We recommend that you check the local weather for the tour spot and dress accordingly. We will be outside the entire time. Closed toed shoes, and comfortable clothing is recommended. Also bring water and bug spray during the buggy/muggy parts of the year.
We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to find parking, find the starting location, and check-in with your guide.
To Check-in
For contactless check-in just tell your tour guide or the check-in station the name on your reservation. We will have you on our list if you booked online. Or, show your QR code from your smartphone, and we will scan it to automatically check you in. There is no need to print your tickets out on paper.
Tipping Your Guide
Your guide loves hearing praise and applause at the end of the tour, and if you're so kind, tips are a great way to let them know how much you enjoyed it! Your guide will appreciate cash, but you can tip your guide with contactless tipping on VENMO - @houstonghosttour. Just be sure to mention which guide you are tipping!
If you think you may be late to the tour please call us right away. Our tours start promptly on time, but stay in the starting area for a few minutes before heading out on the tour. If you think you will be more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule to our next available tour.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
All tickets are non-refundable. For out-of-state inquiries, contact us for policies. You will be fully refunded if we cancel due to inclement weather or if a cancellation is necessary. See the further cancellation policy below.
Reservation Cancellations & Changes:
To cancel or modify your reservation, call 281-770-1324 or email info@houstonghosttour.com.
You may cancel at any time. Contact us if you need to reschedule your tour or cancel for a credit.
Location or Time Changes:
To switch tour locations or times, contact us. Additional fees may apply.
Company Cancellations:
Tours may be canceled due to weather or low booking numbers. You’ll be contacted and can reschedule or receive a gift card or refund, depending on the circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour for any reason. If we cancel, you will be offered a refund, credit, or reschedule.
Private Party Info:
Ensure all guests are aware of location changes. We’re not responsible for booking mistakes unless made on our end.
No-Show Policy:
If you miss the tour and fail to contact us, your reservation is canceled. You can reschedule via a gift card, but no refunds are given.
Guide No-Show:
If your guide is absent, call 281-770-1324 for assistance. If a guide is missing, we'll investigate and offer a refund or credit as needed.
Behavior:
We reserve the right to remove disruptive guests from the tour without refund for safety reasons.

-Intoxicated guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
