You can pickup your rental when we open at 10am and you’ll need to have it returned by our stores closing time of 6:30pm. If the Onewheel is not returned by closing time on the day you rented you will be charged for a subsequent day. Bring a government or state issued ID. Ie passport, drivers license or state issued identification card.
If the renter is under the age of 18 they will need a legal guardian to be present at time of pickup.
Any additional riders will need to have waivers signed at the time of pickup per above stated waiver requirements. We will not be held liable for any riders who have not properly signed and submitted a waiver.
Cancellation Policy
We are super flexible if you communicate your needs at the time of booking. Whether you are here on business, have kids to take to school or even a business to run. Just let us know how to better accommodate your crazy schedule.
Weather At lead instructor's discretion
If a lesson can't be completed because of nature it will be refunded as a gift card. All gift cards have an expiration date of 6 months. You can use the gift card as cash value on store purchases.

All lessons
-We understand that things happen, but we have to enforce our cancellation policy.
-You can cancel your lesson at any time via phone call during shop business hours.
-All cancellations will be converted to a gift card.
-Cancellations made outside of 48 hours will receive a 20.00 booking fee and your deposit will be issued as a gift card.
-You may cancel your lesson within 48 hours for a minimum $100.00 fee.
- In order to show you we care more about getting you out on the water. During your cancellation phone call you can rebook your lesson to a new date within 6 months and receive 15% off that booking.
Charters and groups of 3x or more
-If canceled outside of 7 days a full refund will be issued
-If canceled within 48 hours 50% of the booking total will be issued and an option to rebook @15% off
All Summer camp deposits are not refundable due to the limited spots available
