- You'll receive a full refund if Key West Promotions cancels your tour for any reason.
- If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund when you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour are non-refundable.
- Please note that tours booked within 48 hours of their departure time are also non-refundable.

- Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.
